The service is free of charge, without additional commissions and interest.
The secure payment page of the ArtPAy system will display the account number, the name of the service, the amount of the invoice and the currency of the payment.
Enter the bank card details — number, name on the card, expiration date, CVV2 / CVC2 code and email address to receive an electronic card receipt and click "Pay".
If your card and bank support the 3D-Secure security standard, you may be asked to enter your 3D-Secure secret password. To get a 3D-Secure password, you need to contact the bank (the phone number is indicated on your bank card).
As a result of the payment made using a bank payment card, a card receipt will be generated in electronic form (sent to your email address specified when entering payment details), reflecting the details of the payment operation and being a confirmation of the payment operation.
Save the receipt for reconciliation with the statement from the card account (in order to confirm the operations performed in case of disputes).
Payment by bank card in the ArtPay system is convenient and safe. Data transfer during the order payment process takes place in the secure mode TLS 1.2 with an encryption key length of 256 bits using 3-D Secure Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code technologies.
The service provider protects the data of your bank card, confirmed by compliance with the PCI DSS 3.1 security standard. Information is transmitted over closed banking networks that have the highest level of reliability. The processing center does not transfer your bank card data to our company and other third parties.
Free cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before arrival.
Otherwise, the payment for one day is withheld. In case of timely cancellation of the order, the refund is carried out by the Seller in the form in which the payment for the Goods (services) was made, within the time limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
The funds are returned to the card from which the payment was made.
